Medication Errors at Navan Pharmacy – My Experience


The story begins with two medication errors. The first one I let go initially but when the second happened I felt people needed to know my experience and let them decide if they wanted to use Navan Pharmacy.

Timeline of Events


I was about to become a snowbird for the first time and at the beginning or mid November 2025 as requested by them, I called them and gave them all the prescriptions that were going to be required for 6 months.

We were packed and ready to go but realized that they had not filled my husband’s statin so in a panic we had to have that filled quickly. All was well and off on our trip to Florida.

In January 2026, I opened my new prescription of Wellbutrin to put in my weekly dispenser. As I did so I discovered two different types of pills. Now luckily I was putting it in there as they were both white and round but one slightly smaller than the other. Here is proof with name redacted

I immediately sent a email.

I received the a call from George stating that he was going to look into asap

He stated on the phone call to send me my address in Florida (address redacted, but here is his response)

This started a chain of messages back and forth. He was going to Fed Ex it to me and I found out that, that was totally illegal, and then he was going to fly to Florida himself to deliver it (also illegal). Also note that I requested reimbursement of $489.00 and he sent me $750.00.
